The story started in year 2005 with Mr Ramesh Pise entered in to the buildership business. Having completed various real estate projects and with an experience of selling and handling the projects of over 500 flats, he has completed various Projects. Mr Ramesh Pise incorporated company Swami Samarth Krupa Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (SKIPL) in the year 2005 with the intention of providing housing for masses.

Mr Ramesh Pise spearheading the operation of the company and completed land mark projects at the prime locations in the city. He has the vision to provide houses at brisk pace and quality construction. Now Mr Rahul Pise son of Ramesh Pise is also looking in to the operations in the company.
